Responsibilities
- Design and optimize Spanish Speaking LATAM (SPLA) processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
- Execute the critical Human Resources (HR) requirements in SPLA, and ensure local compliance.
- Design and execute operationally compliant processes that mitigate HR compliance risks at country level.
- Optimize existing processes to enable operational efficiency and scalability that delivers extraordinary experiences for Googlers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Talent, HR Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management, change management, communication strategy, product design or HR generalist work.
- Experience in Spanish legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
